Exercise in a safe environment with an instructor on hand to help you. Becoming gym-confident younger in life can encourage healthy lifestyle habits.
Before you start you will need to have a health check to make sure that it is safe for you to exercise. Then you will find out how to use the equipment, how to exercise safely and get a personal programme that you can change as your fitness develops.
Monday 16.00 - 18.00 13-15yrs

Wednesday 17.00 - 17.15 Junior abs
Saturday 08.00 - 12.00 13 - 15yrs
Saturday 11.00 - 11.15 Junior abs
Inductions are held on Saturday mornings at 10am and on Monday afternoons at 4pm.
