Fusion Lifestyle, the leading registered charity which provides quality sport, leisure and fitness activities to local communities across the country, today announced a new partnership with England Squash.

This new relationship will enable Fusion to deliver a stream of successful projects over the coming years. This includes upskilling local staff by running two squash 101 training sessions that will enable employees to learn a new skill and deliver junior projects locally.

Natalie Davis, National Communities & Programmes Manager at England Squash, says `I am excited about our new partnership with Fusion. It will really enable us to develop our squash offering in the public facility space and allow us to reach a new market of squash player. I am particularly looking forward to working with the team to raise the profile of squash though tailored marketing campaigns that will increase an uplift in court bookings´.

Fusion currently have 43 squash facilities across their estate throughout the UK and will be piloting a national marketing project to help centres make a bigger impact on how squash is perceived in their communities. This will enable Fusion to increase the profile of the sport to appeal to both existing squash customers and those wanting to try the sport for the first time, as well as promoting the usage of courts.

Francois Smit, Sports and Partnership Group Manager at Fusion Lifestyle, said: `We are delighted to be confirming this commitment to develop squash across the portfolio with England Squash.  This partnership will bring lots of opportunities to increase participation amongst both current players and prospective participants and, in so doing, enable us to further expand our squash programmes across our portfolio.´
