Fusion Lifestyle and TADPOOL have announced the first phase of investment into the Totnes Pavilion Leisure Centre.
Fusion and TADPOOL have been working together to draw up an initial investment package which is expected to include the following elements:
o installation of a new sauna; due to open in May
o refurbishment of the gym area, including installation of new equipment, flooring, decoration and lighting;
o installation of new swimming pool filtration plant in May
o redecoration of the external front entrance, window walling and entrance doors;
o redecoration and refurbishment of the reception and corridor areas;
o refurbishment of the first-floor studio space.
The work is expected to be completed over the next few months. Whilst there are likely to be some short-term partial closures of individual facility areas, the Centre will remain open throughout the works. Further details of the programme of works will be communicated to customers as soon as exact dates are confirmed.

Fusion and TADPOOL have also already started work preparing a business case for a second phase of investment which is expected to commence later in the year. Further updates will follow in due course.
