Saturday 8th January marks the Les Mills 2022 relaunch! That means new tracks, brand new routines and the perfect opportunity to find your new favourite class. Whether at home or in the gym, BODYCOMBAT™ is the empowering group fitness cardio workout where you are totally unleashed. This fiercely energetic program is inspired by mixed martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as Karate, Boxing, Taekwondo, Tai Chi and Muay Thai. 


BODYATTACK™ is the sports-inspired cardio workout for building strength and stamina. This high-energy interval training class combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilization exercises. 


BODYBALANCE™ is the Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centred and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance. 


BODYJAM™ is the cardio workout where you are free to enjoy the sensation of dance. An addictive fusion of the latest dance styles and hottest new sounds puts the emphasis as much on having fun as on breaking a sweat. So grab a friend, get front and centre, and get high on the feeling of dance. 


BODYPUMP™, the original barbell class, will sculpt, tone and strengthen your entire body, fast! Focusing on low weight loads and high repetition movements, you'll burn fat, gain strength and quickly produce lean body muscle conditioning.


BODYSTEP™ is the energizing step workout that makes you feel liberated and alive. Using a height-adjustable step and simple movements on, over and around the step you get huge motivation from sing-a-long music. Cardio blocks push fat burning systems into high gear followed by muscle conditioning tracks that shape and tone your body. 


GRIT™ CARDIO is a high-impact cardio workout, designed to burn fat and rapidly improve athletic capability.  This explosive, training session combines high impact bodyweight exercises and uses no equipment. GRIT™ CARDIO provides the challenge and intensity you need to take your training up a notch and really get results.


GRIT™ PLYO is an intense plyometric-based workout that gets results fast! Combining the principles of plyometrics and power agility training, these training sessions on a bench will build a powerful, agile and athletic body. 


Using weight plates and the bench, GRIT™STRENGTH is an intense 30-minute team training session that will blast all major muscle groups and take your training to the next level. 

Total Barre

An intense lower-body workout that incorporates a variety of ballet-inspired movements. It's designed to give you the long, lean body of a dancer by working deep into every muscle.
