December can be a busy time of year for some, with the busy Christmas shopping to the children breaking up for the festive break, so finding the time to relax may be a struggle...
There are many relaxation techniques that can be effective in reducing stress and improving overall well-being. Breathing techniques are important when attempting relaxation, When you inhale, your heart rate speeds up. When you exhale, it slows down. Breathing in for a count of four and out for a count of eight for just a few minutes can start to relax your body.
