Lockdown Guidance

All centres have now closed as of 5th January following Government guidance. We will keep customers updated on the reopening of centres via email, social media and our website.

 

Will my February Direct Debit be collected now my Centre is closed?

We have applied an automatic free freeze to membership payments during the national lockdown. There is no need for you to do anything.  Please do not cancel your direct debit. We will continue to update you via email, social media and our website.

I have paid for January, what will happen with that payment?

We will credit the time lost towards your next payment. We will update you once we have a confirmed re-opening date. Please do not cancel your direct debit.

My Centre went into Tier 4 during December, will I get the missed time back?

Once we have a confirmed return date, we will be able to assess where we can credit your lost time. Please do not cancel your direct debit.

What happens if I have already paid upfront for a booking?

Any pre-paid bookings will be credited to your account automatically as a cashless balance. There is no need to contact us.  We will do this for you.

I paid for my membership upfront (annual), can I get a refund?

If you are on an annual membership, your membership will be extended to reflect the duration of closure. Our T&C's state that we don't offer refunds for annual memberships.

Who can I contact while the Centres are closed?

If you need to get in touch then please visit the 'contact us' page on our website www.fusion-lifestyle.com.We are also monitoring social media messages for closed centres.

I am not receiving any of Fusion's emails. What do I need to do?

Firstly, please check your junk email. If it is not in there, please contact info@fusion-lifestyle.com stating that you would like to 'opt in' to receive emails from us. 

How do I access Fusion on Demand?

All members and registered Fusion users can access Fusion on Demand.
Your log in details are the same as those you use when making an online booking at your centre.

How do I cancel my membership?

Sorry to hear that you're looking to leave. Do you know we have applied an automatic free freeze to ALL memberships? If you still wish to cancel you can do so by completing the 'give notice of membership cancellation' form found on the left hand side panel on the 'contact us' page of our main website www.fusion-lifestyle.com.

My query has not been answered in the above, who do I contact?
